The Ramalama video that made the trend huge wasn't a solo walk. It was three witches stalking down a night sidewalk, the camera tilting up on the whisper, then the leader in the centre and each friend on the sides getting their moment. Here's how to make that group version with your own friends, from one photo each.

What the squad version is
The Ramalama squad template recreates the group walk with 2–3 people from your photos. Everyone walks toward the camera, the reveal lands on "Takin' a picture of, takin' a picture of me!", and then the group poses. All walkers wear the costume you pick, so you get a matching group look without anyone buying a costume.
- Length: the whole walk is 15 seconds; there's also a 10-second cut that ends shortly after the reveal.
- Format: vertical 9:16 MP4, up to 1080p on Premium, no watermark.
- Sound: download it with the song, or silent so you can add the TikTok sound yourself.
How the photos are placed
You upload one photo per friend, and the order matters:

Put the person you want front and centre in photo 1. That's the role the leader played in the original trio.
Only two of you?
That works too. With two photos, the third walker is a stranger dressed in the same costume theme, so the trio still looks complete. You need at least two photos; for one person, use the solo version on the homepage.
Matching group costumes
Pick one costume and every walker wears it: witch (the default), vampire, zombie, skeleton, devil, angel, black cat, pumpkin, ghost bride or sparkly princess (a glittery ball gown). A witch coven is the obvious choice, since it's the original look, but a skeleton crew or three ghost brides make a great reveal too.

Tips for a good squad video
- One person per photo. Crop each friend out of group shots, so every photo has a single face.
- Front-facing, clear and well lit. Faces sharp, nothing covering them, no heavy filters.
- Similar photos help. Photos taken in similar light make the group look like they belong in the same shot.
- Ask first. Only use photos of friends who agreed to be in the video. Photos of celebrities, film stills and photos of children are rejected.
- Choose the leader on purpose. Photo 1 gets the centre spot, so give it to the friend whose idea this was.
- Post with the sound. If you download it silent, add the "Ramalama (Bang Bang)" sound in TikTok and line the whisper up with the tilt-up. Then tag your friends and ask: "Did we win this trend?"
Photos are deleted 30 days after the video is made.
